This update covers our service levels, our recent successful review by the FCSA, the new CIS rate from April 2025.
Service Remains a Priority
We understand more than ever the importance of delivering world class service to our workers, agency partners and clients. After compliance, service is our top one priority.
Our goal every day is to answer every call within 3 rings. Over the last 4 weeks we have answered 99 .1% of our calls within 3 rings and have an excellent Trust Pilot rating of 4.8.
We monitor every single call by individually to ensure accountability. We constantly receive feedback from contractors about our service, noting that there are no automated phone lines, and they can get straight through when they need us.
FCSA renewed membership for 2025
We are delighted to inform you that ADVANCE have passed their FSCA review for all solutions, Umbrella, CIS & Limited company/PSC following all new code changes in October 2024. You can view our membership listing on the FCSA here.
Minimum contracting rates
The new FCSA minimum rate for CIS from 1st April is £16.50 for all new assignments/projects, however we know that several of our agencies have their own minimum rate which is higher than this. We are happy to partner with you and understand your own requirements in this area.
